At Moby we are all about bringing you the best of both worlds. In our bespoke kitchen we’ve combined urban sophistication with local rustic charm to create delicious healthy plates that ooze decadence. Our gastronomic innovation comes from Melbourne locals Steve Svensen and Christina Higgins.
Steve first made a name for himself as head chef at Richmond’s Pillar of Salt, and later masterminded the concept and menu of popular cafe Barry. Le Cordon Bleu trained Christina knows good nutrition. Working with the Ottolenghi team as their catering manager, she has influenced Moby’s food philosophy bringing a touch of London to her home town.
This dynamic duo combines their love of Melbourne, people and good food to bring you seasonal selections of everything delicious.
Christina and Steve are passionate foodies, but rest assured Moby serves velvet flat whites, vigorous espressos and all other coffee creations exactly as heaven intended.
